Is the U.S. stepping up Internet control push over unproven hacking allegations?

The Obama administration is utilizing unsubstantiated charges of Chinese government cyber-attacks to escalate its threats against China. The past two days have seen allegations of hacking into US corporate and government web sites, hyped by the US media without any examination of their validity, employed to disorient the American public and justify an expansion of the Obama administration’s drive to isolate China and prepare for an eventual military attack.

The accusations of hacking against China will also be used to justify increased domestic surveillance of computer and Internet communications, as well as an expanded use of cyber warfare methods internationally.

The New York Times, functioning once again as a conduit for the Pentagon and the CIA, has taken the lead in the latest provocation against Beijing. On Tuesday it published a bellicose front-page article headlined “China’s Army Seen as Tied to Hacking Against US,” and carrying the ominous subhead “Power Grid is a Target.”

The article drips with cynicism and hypocrisy. It is well known that the United States is the world’s most ruthless practitioner of cyber warfare. The article itself acknowledged that the US worked with Israel to disrupt the Iranian nuclear program by introducing the Stuxnet virus into Iran’s computer systems. That bit of sabotage—itself an illegal act of aggression—was accompanied by a series of assassinations of Iranian scientists carried out by Israel with Washington’s support.

The sprawling front-page article, which continued on an entire inside page of the newspaper, was based on a 60-page report released that day by a private computer security firm with close ties to the Times, as well as to the US military and intelligence agencies. The report by Mandiant—founded by a retired Air Force officer and based in Alexandria, Virginia—provides no real evidence to substantiate its claim that a unit of China’s People’s Liberation Army based in Shanghai is directing hacking attacks on US corporations, organizations and government institutions.

In its report, Mandiant claims to have tracked 141 cyber attacks by the same Chinese hacker group since 2006, 115 of which targeted US corporations. On the basis of Internet footprints, including Internet provider addresses, Mandiant concludes that 90 percent of the hacking attacks come from the same neighborhood in Shanghai. It then notes that the headquarters of Unit 61398 of the People’s Liberation Army is located in that neighborhood. From this coincidence, Mandiant draws the entirely unwarranted inference that the cyber-attacks are coming from the PLA building.

As the Times admits in its article, “The firm was not able to place the hackers inside the 12-story [PLA Unit 61398 headquarters] building…” The newspaper goes on to report that “Mandiant also discovered an internal China Telecom memo discussing the state-owned telecom company’s decision to install high-speed fiber-optic lines for Unit 61398’s headquarters.” One can only assume that Mandiant “discovered” this memo by carrying out its own hacking of Chinese computers.

Chinese spokesmen have denied any involvement by the government or the military in hacking attacks and dismissed the Mandiant report as lacking any proof of its charges. The Chinese Ministry of Defense released a statement Wednesday pointing out that Internet provider addresses do not provide a reliable indication of the origin of hacking attacks, since hackers routinely usurp IP addresses. A Foreign Ministry spokesman pointed out that China is constantly being targeted by hackers, most of which originate in the US.

The Chinese position was echoed by Dell Secureworks cyber-security expert Joe Stewart, who told the Christian Science Monitor: “We still don’t have any hard proof that [the hacker group] is coming out of that [PLA Unit 61398’s] building, other than a lot of weird coincidence pointing in that direction. To me, it’s not hard evidence.”

The Obama administration followed up the Times article, which sparked a wave of frenzied media reports of Chinese cyber-attacks, by announcing on Wednesday that it would step up diplomatic pressure and consider more punitive laws to counter what it described as a wave of trade secret theft by China and other countries. The Associated Press reported that the administration was discussing “fines, penalties and tougher trade restrictions” directed against China.

The latest propaganda attack points to an escalation of the US offensive against China that went by the name “pivot to Asia” in Obama’s first term. That policy included whipping up territorial disputes in the East China and South China seas between China and a series of countries in East Asia, including Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines.

It has also included the establishment of closer military ties and new US installations in a number of countries, including India and Australia, to militarily encircle China.

The Times concluded its article by reporting that “The mounting evidence of state sponsorship… and the growing threat to American infrastructure are leading officials to conclude that a far stronger response is necessary.” It cited Rep. Mike Rogers, the Republican chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, as saying that Washington must “create a high price” to force the Chinese to back down.

In an editorial published Wednesday, the Times noted that the administration has decided to give US Internet providers and anti-virus vendors information on the signatures of Chinese hacker groups, leading to a denial of access to US networks for these groups. It also reported that President Obama last week signed an executive order authorizing increased sharing of information on cyber threats between the government and private companies that oversee critical infrastructure, such as the electrical grid.

The Wall Street Journal in its editorial called for “targeted sanctions” against Chinese individuals and institutions.

The background to this new salvo of anti-China propaganda underscores that it is part of an aggressive expansion of US military capabilities, both conventional and cyber-based. Obama raised the issue of cyber war in his February 12 State of the Union address, accusing US “enemies” of seeking to “sabotage our power grid, our financial institutions, our air traffic control systems,” and insisting that action be taken against such attacks.

In the same speech, he defended his drone assassination program, which is based on the claim that the president has the unlimited and unilateral power to order the murder of anyone anywhere in the world, including US citizens.

Last October, Obama signed an executive order expanding military authority to carry out cyber-attacks and redefine as “defensive” actions that would previously have been considered acts of aggression—such as the cutting off of computer networks. Around the same time, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta gave a bellicose speech in which he warned of a “cyber Pearl Harbor.” Panetta told Time magazine: “The three potential adversaries out there that are developing the greatest capabilities are Russia, China and Iran.”

At the end of January, the New York Times accused Chinese authorities of hacking into its news operations, a charge that was quickly seconded by the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal. That same week, the Washington Post reported that the US military had approved a five-fold increase of personnel in its Cyber Command. Days later, the Times reported on its front page that the Obama administration had concluded that the president had the power to authorize pre-emptive cyber war attacks.

This bellicose posture toward China and expansion of cyber warfare methods goes hand in hand with growing threats to democratic rights at home. The cyber war plans include options for military action within the US. The Times reported earlier this month that the military “would become involved in cases of a major cyber-attack within the United States” under certain vaguely defined conditions.

Efforts to increase government control of the Internet and surveillance of Internet communications are being stepped up. Just last week, Rep. Rogers of Michigan and Democratic Senator Dutch Ruppersberger of California reintroduced the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA). The bill died in the Senate last year in the midst of protests over provisions allowing the government to spy on emails and other Internet-based communications.

HSBC settles with U.S. government in money laundering case

The international bank HSBC, which is based in the UK has agreed to pay a fine of $1,9 billion as part of an agreement with the U.S. government, after a new investigation on banking practices revealed that HSBC permitted criminals worldwide to launder drug money to finance terrorist operations.

In a report released in July, the U.S. Senate accused the leadership of HSBC of not taking action even though they had prima facie evidence that Mexican drug traffickers used their accounts to transfer funds to the U.S. and Saudi banks with tight relations to terrorist groups as well as Iranians seeking to circumvent the sanctions imposed on them by Washington.

The government began its own investigation through the Department of Justice and determined that there was enough evidence to accuse HSBC of aiding the laundering of billions of dollars.

The Wall Street Journal was one of the main stream media outlets to first report this last case of money laundering charges against HSBC, and they were also the first to report on the agreement between the Justice Department and HSBC to settle the case. Both federal and state authorities in the U.S. have decided not to file criminal charges against HSBC even though this is not the first time the bank is accused of facilitating the laundering of money from drug cartels and a very short list of important customers.

Amazingly, the U.S.’s excuse not to pursue criminal charges was “not to destabilize one of the largest financial institutions in the world,” with revenues of 105,000 million annually and more than 267,000 employees worldwide. The fine of $1,9 billion is one of the largest in recent U.S. history.

Of the total amount of the fine, $1,3 billion accounts for an agreement with the U.S. Executive, to avoid criminal charges. Another $650 million will go to pay a civil penalty. Needless to say this is chunk change for a corporations that has figured out how to get away with murder every single time it has been formally investigated. In July, the bank admitted that the mechanisms of control and transparency in the actions of their clients had been insufficient, and put $1,5 billion dollars in a fund for potential claims. That fund has  been cut down to $400 million.

It is expected that the U.S. Justice Department makes a formal announcement Tuesday. The deal comes less than a month after the British oil company BP agreed to plead guilty on negligence charges in the case of the largest oil spill in U.S. history, which occurred in 2010 in the Gulf of Mexico. BP will pay the U.S. government $ 3,5 billion for environmental offenses.

The Senate report on HSBC focused particularly on transactions between Mexican and U.S. subsidiaries of the bank. In Mexico, the report accused HSBC of “opening accounts for high risk customers including exchange houses and other businesses that offer services and American money, such as the Casa de Cambio Puebla and Sigue Corporation. These two Casas have been investigated for laundering money from the sale of illegal drugs in the U.S. “.

Corrupt Newspapers ‘softened’ Torture After U.S. began Using it

modern societies.  It is unthinkable that anyone with red blood in their veins could consider it acceptable to torture a person in order to obtain information that as it has been widely demonstrated, (1) has never provided any useful details to prevent a disaster.  In the western world, torture is mostly seen as unjustified, (2) and only some power men who control the militaries of the world still agree to use torture in various forms to get details of ‘plots’ to attack the free world.  Only a population that never experience torture as a tool to criminalize citizens could hesitate before the question, Is Torture Ever Justified? (3)

How would public perception change if the media that feeds propaganda to them on a daily basis simply began to indirectly condone or soften torture as a tool the government uses in times of war? A study conducted by Harvard reveals that the four newspapers with more circulation in the U.S. effectively mischaracterized the use of waterboarding -as a form of torture- after it was discovered the United States waterboarded and humiliated prisoners.  (4) The study conducted by Law students at Harvard says that The New York Times, the USA Today, the Los Angeles Times and the Wall Street Journal either refused to call waterboarding torture or did it in only and handful of their articles that talked about the use of torture by the United States.

We found a significant and sudden shift in how newspapers characterized waterboarding…   … from 2002‐2008, the studied newspapers almost never referred to waterboarding as torture. The New York Times called waterboarding torture or implied it was torture in just 2 of 143 articles (1.4%). The Los Angeles Times did so in 4.8% of articles (3 of 63). The Wall Street Journal characterized the practice as torture in just 1 of 63 articles (1.6%). USA Today never called waterboarding.

According to the study, newspapers were more likely to call waterboarding torture if another country was the perpetrator of the crime.

The New York Times, 85.8% of articles (28 of 33) that dealt with a country other than the United States using waterboarding called it torture or implied it was torture while only 7.69% (16 of 208) did so when the United States was responsible. The Los Angeles Times characterized the practice as torture in 91.3% of articles (21 of 23).

Although waterboarding has been debated and talked about since the beginning of the century, it was never so close to home as it has been in the last decade.  After 9/11, and in the middle of a careless campaign to hunt a nonexistent enemy, the U.S. launched a military assault in Iraq and Afghanistan to find and kill the murderers who had killed innocent Americans.  There was very little concern in the public’s mind as to how this goal was achieved and what would it take to bring them to justice.  Then came Abu Ghraib (5) and a mass awakening took place.  Was the U.S using the very same techniques it had condemned in the past?  The answer was YES.

Harvard’s study examined the newspapers’ coverage using electronic databases.  “Our research team word searched for the term “waterboarding”, these included classifying the practice as “torture,” giving it some lesser, negative classification (such as calling waterboarding “inhuman”), giving it a softer, less negative classification (such as calling waterboarding “objectionable”), or not characterizing the practice at all.”  The study analyzed the reporting of four major newspapers using Proquest, LexisNexis, and the NY Times website archives.  Read more about the methodology on page 5 of the study.

“The results of this study demonstrate that there was a sudden, significant, shift in major print media’s treatment of waterboarding,” concludes the study.  After the Abu Ghraib scandal, the four studied newspapers changed the word torture for “harsh” and/or “coercive”, to describe waterboarding.  This behaviour was seen both in articles considered as “news” as well as those classified as “opinion”.  Although Harvard’s study does not provide any possible reason why this change in wording occurred, it does cite an article by New York Times editor Clark Hoyt, who said that this behaviour was a deliberate decision made by Journalists and Editors in an effort to remain “neutral”.

The study refutes Mr. Hoyt’s statement with the fact newspapers comfortably called waterboarding and other practices of the sort “torture” before 9/11 and even before 2004 without any reserves.  Another reason why Mr. Hoyt’s affirmation is baseless, is that waterboarding had been labeled torture and an illegal practice by American law, international law, and the very same newspapers that now justify their actions by calling themselves “neutral”.

Aquecimento Global Antropogênico: A Fraude, as Mentiras e o Crime

Se você ouviu falar sobre Climategate nas últimas duas ou três semanas, você está na sorte. Climategate, que é, em parte nomeada após Watergate, ou Bushgate devido ao nível de fraude e mentiras, é de acordo com muitos cientistas o maior escândalo que a comunidade científica já viu. Tudo começa com a fuga de e-mails e documentos com mais de 60 MB, da Unidade de Pesquisa Climática na Universidade de East Anglia. E porque todo o escândalo? Bem, os documentos revelam entre outras coisas que os programadores na Unidade fabricaram propositadamente os dados nos que basearam as suas interpretações ao respeito do aquecimento global. Além disso, -os e-mails revelam- houve uma política de tolerância zero em contra de aqueles que dissentiram, assim como uma manipulação intencional da opinião pública através da censura e o segredo.

O que está causando o engano entre tantos cientistas? A resposta para isso é: toda uma nova indústria. A comunidade científica depende de doações e fundos de pesquisa a fim de realizar suas atividades. Quanto mais alarme há sobre um tema como o aquecimento global antropogênico, mais financiamento fluirá para a comunidade científica. Phil Jones, chefe da Unidade de Pesquisa Climática recebeu 55 doações desde 1990, que ascendem a mais de US $ 22 milhões. Dezenove dos vinte e dois foram dados a ele e seus colegas de East Anglia entre 2000 e 2006. Em outras palavras, quanto mais popular o assunto do aquecimento global se tornou na arena pública, maior foi a quantidade de recursos destinada para o estudo do aquecimento global. Algumas das mais importantes agências que doaram para Jones e seus parceiros estão o Departamento de Energia dos E.U., NATO e a ONU. Outras fontes de financiamento potenciais para a pesquisa foram o Carbon Trust do Reino Unido, a Iniciativa de Energia do Norte, o Energy Saving Trust e North West Renováveis. O número total de dólares destinados a investigar o aquecimento global antropogênico alcança os trilhões de dólares por ano.

Em um recente artigo publicado no Wall Street Journal, Bret Stephens revela a influência dos tentáculos dessa nova indústria são.

Para as pessoas entenderem o quão grande o assunto do aquecimento global antropogênico tem sido para esta nova indústria, precisam reconhecer exemplos. O primeiro deles sendo o financiamento dos cientistas que cometeram a fraude. O segundo exemplo é quem mais, além dos cientistas está se beneficiando ao empurrar esta mentira no público. Al Gore, entre outros globalistas é um dos que tem enchido os bolsos, como conseqüência do que muitos chamam de “New Religion”. The New York Times revelou em um relatório por Jon Broder que as empresas de Gore, bem como aquelas que ele tem investido fortemente como Silver Spring Networks, receberam contratos que ultrapassam as centenas de milhões de dólares por parte do governo dos E.U.. No caso de Silver Spring, um dos contratos foi de US $ 560 milhões. Será que isto é simplesmente um bom negocio? Gore insiste em que isto não reflete a sua fome por dinheiro, mas seu interesse pelo ambiente.

A empresa Generation Investment Management, propriedade do Al Gore, que é conhecida por comercializar créditos de carbono na Chicago Climate Exchange é o maior acionista da mesma. Este, juntamente com outros investimentos Gore percebeu junto com pessoas como Maurice Strong, o pai do movimento ambientalista moderno, mostra com uma luz brilhante o porquê esta agenda está sendo conduzida de forma tão veemente. Gore e Strong são alunos do Clube de Roma, cujo relatório “The First Global Revolution”, admite como os globalistas planejam usar a teoria do aquecimento global antropogênico para promover sua agenda de consolidação do poder nas mãos de organizações não-eleitas como a ONU, a União Européia, a União Africana, a União da Ásia Pacifica, o Mercosul, o Parlacen e outros. O relatório diz, em parte:

“Em busca de um novo inimigo para nos unir, nós viemos com a idéia de que a poluição, a ameaça do aquecimento global, a escassez de água, a fome e outras assim seriam a solução perfeita. Todos estes perigos são provocados por intervenção humana, e é somente através de mudanças de atitudes e comportamentos que podem ser superadas. O verdadeiro inimigo, então, é a própria humanidade “

Idéias como a venda de Créditos de Carbono fazem parte de um esforço concertado para tomar o poder fora das mãos das pessoas e colocá-lo nas mãos de funcionários não eleitos que estão cada vez mais envolvidos com as corporações globais. A adoção de políticas para reduzir as emissões de carbono no mundo, que é o que os representantes das nações do planeta, planejam implantar em Copenhague, significaria um abrandamento significativo da indústria do mundo, tanto em países desenvolvidos e subdesenvolvidos. Esta iniciativa não parece sábia em um momento em que a economia global está se equilibrando na borda do precipício. David Davis, um membro do partido conservador na Inglaterra, diz que a adoção de políticas como a de Créditos de Carbono imporia uma limitação grave para a economia. Davies acrescentou mais tarde que não é surpresa para ele que mais de metade da população não acredita mais que o homem seja responsável pelo aquecimento global devido a que os dados de fato mostram que o planeta esfriou nos últimos 10 anos. Essa afirmação foi uma das muitas que os cientistas em East Anglia tentaram esconder da opinião pública, alterando os resultados dos modelos climáticos com o uso de “truques“, desenvolvidos por programadores de computador com quem eles trabalham.

Ressurreição dos caídos

O astrofísico Nir Shaviv, um dos cientistas que mostraram oposição à teoria do aquecimento antropogênico, e que foi censurado por seus colegas de East Anglia diz que as revelações constantes dos documentos e e-mails não vem como uma surpresa para ele. Se os e-mails revelam censura ou presença de dados falsos não é algo novo para Shaviv, que foi atacado quando ele mostrou os resultados de suas próprias pesquisas aos cientistas que estão a favor da idéia do aquecimento antropogênico, diz que um editor de uma publicação científica proeminente disse-lhe que os estudos que se opõem à teoria do aquecimento global antropogênico eram politicamente motivados, e, portanto, deviam ser rejeitados. “A histeria em torno do conceito de” aquecimento global “vai desaparecer ao longo dos anos … As pessoas vão ver que as previsões apocalípticas não estão se tornando realidade. Hoje não há nenhuma prova que ateste que as emissões de dióxido de carbono provocam um aumento da temperatura”, diz Shaviv . Ele, como centenas de outros climatologistas, meteorologistas, astrofísicos, paleontólogos e oceanógrafos quem estudaram a influência que o sol tem no clima do planeta concluíram que é realmente a gigantesca bola de fogo no espaço, que é responsável pelas mudanças climáticas, não as emissões de dióxido de carbono. O famoso e hoje infame gráfico hockey stick que supostamente mostrou o aumento da temperatura como resultado do aumento das emissões foi fraudulentamente utilizado no filme do Gore “Uma Verdade Inconveniente“. Gore abandonou o gráfico como a sua prova mais clara que o homem é responsável pelo aquecimento, depois que se descobriu que ele e seus asseclas simplesmente decidiram vira-lo para mostrar a falsa relação. Mas que verdade tão inconveniente! A verdadeira relação entre as emissões de CO2 e a temperatura é que, após o aumento de temperatura, a quantidade de dióxido de carbono aumenta com uma defasagem de até 800 anos. O que, então, influencia o clima e o tempo?

Ambos cientistas Nir Shaviv e Tim Ball explicam como a atividade solar modifica o clima. Os registros históricos, não os modelos climáticos manipulados, mostram que o clima e as previsões meteorológicas são mais efetivamente previstas quando são baseadas na atividade solar. O número de manchas solares que se relacionam com o nível de atividade solar ajudam aos cientistas a determinar a quantidade de vento solar. O vento solar afeta diretamente a quantidade de raios cósmicos que atingem a Terra, o que junto com as gotículas de água formam nuvens no céu. Mais uma vez, os registros históricos mostram que essa teoria é muito sólida. Após a compilação de informações que remontam a 8.000 anos, os cientistas determinaram que a atividade do sol é o que afeta diretamente o clima. Tanto a Pequena Era do Gelo como o Holoceno Máximo, dois períodos de resfriamento e aquecimento, coincidiram com uma diminuição e um aumento de atividade solar. Quando mais vento solar atingiu a atmosfera da Terra, menos raios cósmicos atingiram o planeta e menos nuvens se formaram, portanto, mais aquecimento foi detectado. A Fraude se descobre

As conseqüências diretas da fraude descoberta na Unidade de Pesquisa Phil Jones levou pouco tempo para desvendar. O próprio Jones se afastou como o manipulador em chefe, enquanto uma investigação interna é conduzida. Nos Estados Unidos, o congressista James Inhofe pediu investigações sobre a fraude, bem como uma revisão detalhada da suposta ciência por trás da teoria do aquecimento global. O Congresso dos E.U. realizou audiências para determinar os passos a seguir depois de descobrir a manipulação e mentiras que, segundo Inhofe requer uma investigação mais profunda, inclusive o relatório do Painel Intergovernamental do Cambio Climático (IPCC). Este relatório é o mesmo a través do qual o consenso teria sido alcançado. A Unidade de Pesquisa Climática providenciou uma quantidade importante de informações para a ONU e seu escritório de pesquisa climática para escrever o relatório do IPCC.

Enquanto isso, na Austrália, o Senado rejeitou o esquema de comércio de emissões pela segunda vez, depois que alguns políticos crescem conscientes sobre a manipulação de dados, opiniões e da ciência. O esquema significaria um imposto de 114 milhões dólares em total. Tal medida seria acompanhada pela instalação obrigatória de medidores digitais nas casas das pessoas que os críticos dizem, eventualmente regularia também o consumo de energia. Os proponentes do aquecimento antropogênico estão também a favor de uma polícia ambiental, que iria espiaria os hábitos das pessoas dentro e fora de suas casas. Países como o Brasil, que rapidamente adotou políticas globalistas doou milhões de hectares da Amazônia para a ONU em um esforço para mostrar preocupação com o aquecimento global. Em troca, o país poderia receber o dinheiro das nações desenvolvidas, a fim de manter um olho sobre a propriedade agora em mãos das Nações Unidas. A terra da Amazônia e demais propriedades próximas são patrulhadas pela polícia verde, treinados de acordo com as orientações expressas na Avaliação da Biodiversidade das Nações Unidas.

Se o Clube de Roma e sua “First Global Revolution” é responsável pela origem da fraude do aquecimento climático, a Enron foi a organização responsável por perpetuar, planejar e projetar uma lista de medidas que devem ser adotadas a fim de implementá-lo. O mesmo Al Gore, que agora assegura às pessoas que o homem é responsável pelo aquecimento global, foi quem se encontrou com Ken Lay na Casa Branca para desenhar as políticas que ele atualmente empurra a fim de salvar o planeta. Quando perguntado sobre essas reuniões em audiências no Congresso, Gore esquivou as perguntas implicando que ele nunca iria usar a ciência para benefício pessoal, mas não respondeu a pergunta diretamente.

O Lord Mockton, provavelmente a pessoa mais franca no Parlamento britânico, escreveu um relatório sobre as descobertas feitas a partir de documentos de East Anglia:

• Eles tinham violado os seus próprios dados, de modo a ocultar as inconsistências e erros.

• Eles tinham usado um “truque” para esconder o “declínio” das temperaturas no paleoclima.

• Eles expressaram consternação pelo fato de, contrariamente a todas suas previsões, as temperaturas globais não subiram significativamente em 15 anos, e vinham caindo há nove anos. Eles admitiram que a sua incapacidade de explicar o que foi descoberto como “uma farsa”. Esta dúvida foi interna em contraste com suas declarações públicas de que a década atual era a mais quente, e que a ciência do “aquecimento global” estava resolvida.

• Tinham interferido com o processo de peer-review, publicando as suas pesquisas em publicações amigáveis para estas serem analizadas por seus amigos ao invés de cientistas independentes.

• Eles tiveram sucesso ao contar com editores de revistas amigáveis para rejeitar trabalhos relatando resultados inconsistentes com seu ponto de vista político.

• Eles tinham feito uma campanha para a remoção do editor de um jornal, pelo simples fato de ele não compartilhar sua intenção de alterar a ciência para fins políticos corruptos.

• Eles tinham montado uma virulenta campanha pública de desinformação e difamação de seus adversários através de um portal científico que tinham criado.

• Ao contrário de todas as regras da ciência, a equipe tinha cometido o delito de conspiração para esconder e destruir códigos de computador e os dados que haviam sido legitimamente solicitados por um pesquisador externo, que tinha boa razão para duvidar que as suas investigações eram honestas ou competentes.

Na mídia, notícias sobre a manipulação dos dados do clima é quase nula. Nos E.U. FOX News dedica apenas uma pequena parte de seus programas para falar sobre os e-mails e documentos. Outros meios de comunicação como a CNN ainda continua chamando aqueles que são céticos do aquecimento global antropogênico de negacionistas do Holocausto. A cobertura das notícias sobre o que é agora chamado Climategate vem principalmente da mídia alternativa e mídia européia, mais especificamente de jornais como o Telegraph, o Daily Express e o Daily Mail do Reino Unido. Em E.U. o New York Times tem sido a voz principal, no entanto, o jornal encobre o escândalo enchendo seus artigos com declarações que sugerem os documentos encontrados não mudam nada e que o programa de Créditos de Carbono deve ser adotado sem demora.. Um relatório da CBS admite que, “Os arquivos mostram que cientistas proeminentes eram tão apegados às teorias do aquecimento global antropogênico que ridicularizaram os dissidentes que pediram cópias de seus dados, e mantiveram eles longe do processo de peer review, assim como também do código dos computadores que tinham sido pedidos a través sob a lei da liberdade de informação “.

Por que eles querem aplicar as leis com base na manipulação da ciência?

Documentos de organizações como a Royal Society, a União Européia, o Clube de Roma, a Comissão Trilateral, o Grupo Bilderberg, o Council on Foreign Relations, e a Casa Branca, todos eles abertos ao escrutínio público- revelam um esforço concertado por essas organizações e as Nações Unidas para estabelecer uma Entidade Global que irá reger acima e além da competência dos Estados membros. Esta entidade será totalmente financiada pelos trilhões de dólares em impostos que os governos serão obrigados a cobrar os seus cidadãos através da adoção do Tratado de Copenhague. Este tratado oficialmente legalizará a criação de uma Autoridade Global que não só vai “salvar o planeta“, mas também controlará a situação financeira e política do mundo.

Um dos objetivos mais importantes do Tratado de Copenhague é evitar que as nações do terceiro mundo se industrializem, e isto será conseguido a través do suborno dos seus políticos e populações com bilhões de dólares que seriam enviados pelas nações industrializadas como pagamento pelas suas emissões passadas. Ao mesmo tempo, os países desenvolvidos terão de reduzir a produção industrial, a fim de reduzir as emissões de CO2. Estes dois fatos desaceleraram o desenvolvimento a nível planetário, e o resultado será um mundo que lenta e dolorosamente voltará a um estado e estilo de vida do tipo medieval, com recursos limitados como comida, água e terra disponível para o cultivo de alimentos para a população, redução do cuidado médico, e completa dependência de um governo global centralizado. Todos estes objetivos serão potencialmente atingidos sob a desculpa de conservação e ambientalismo. O que a maioria das pessoas não sabem, é que por trás do ambientalismo de hoje se escondem uma série de iniciativas para a redução da população,-até 80%-e a habilitação de um governo central global sem limites. Os limites ao acesso de água e alimentos, como é explicado no Memorando número 200 da Casa Branca, e uma tirania nutricional que visa a proibição de alimentos naturais e/ou medicinas alternativas para escravizar o mundo ainda mais ao corporativismo médico que experimentamos hoje. Assim como aconteceu nas últimas três décadas no que respeita ao aquecimento global, os cientistas subornados, bem como os globalistas que financiaram eles com dinheiro dos contribuintes e os recursos que eles mesmos possuem, estão contando com que o público continue não se importando ou simplesmente acreditando cegamente neles. É somente através de informações como o as contidas nos e-mails e documentos, como a maioria das pessoas vão ser capazes de despertar e exigir investigações profundas do aquecimento global antropogênico -injustamente rotulado mudanças climáticas, bem como outros de semelhante importância. Apenas porque os documentos provam que a ciência por trás do aquecimento global não é assente na verdade -está longe disso- e que é muito cedo para dizer que há consenso. Parece que tem de haver uma análise mais rigorosa do que é definido como verdade e o que não é. A palavra-chave parece ser Responsabilidade.
