Ted Nugent mops the floor of a gun store with Piers Morgan

By LUIS MIRANDA | THE REAL AGENDA | FEBRUARY 6, 2013

Ted Nugent attempted to have a friendly discussion about the Second Amendment and gun control with CNN’s Piers Morgan, but after Morgan failed to use common sense during the interview, Nugent fired away some of the most logical arguments which Morgan had no answers for. In fact, the CNN talking head limited himself to bring up cooked poll numbers and comparing Americans’ right to keep and bear arms with gun control or lack of it in countries where there isn’t a Second Amendment.

Ted Nugent called Piers Morgan obsessed with firearms and told him his fight wasn’t about protecting people from violent crimes, but about his intolerance for smart, responsible people who own guns to defend themselves, as warranted on the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. Morgan visited and broadcasted part of his show from a gun store in Houston, Texas where a crowd of Second Amendment supporters waited for him to denounce his lies and disinformation campaign.

Mass shootings: The videos Piers Morgan and Dianne Feinstein don’t want you to see

By LUIS MIRANDA | THE REAL AGENDA | JANUARY 28, 2013

The following main stream media report has strangely been kept from the public for the past few weeks. In it, physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and congressmen admit that there is a direct relation between using pharmaceutical drugs and the commitment of mass shootings.

That is not to say that all mass shootings are the result of using or abusing pills. There is a number of events that were triggered by mental brainwashing and not because of the chemical imbalances caused by antidepressants, for example.

For an even more in-depth insight on the role that the pharmaceutical industry, doctors and health agencies play in the mass drugging of the population, watch Making a Killing: The Untold Story of Psychotropic Drugging.

If after watching the video above your are even more enthusiastic to learn about the history surrounding the deceptive practices of the medical industry, please watch Psychiatry: An Industry of Death, where both psychologists and psychiatrists admit that the way they diagnose mental disorders is based on mere guessing and zero science.

No Shade of Grey on the Right to Keep and Bear arms

By LUIS MIRANDA | THE REAL AGENDA | JANUARY 18, 2013

Life is a carousel, a big screen where events appear, pass by, and, due to human nature, repeat themselves throughout history. A person only needs to look back 25, 50, 100 years or a millennium — depending on how much one wants to review — to find out that what’s happening today has already taken place.

Case in point, governments disarming citizens ‘for their own safety’. Why can’t a population realize that disarming THE PEOPLE is the first step that an elected government takes towards crushing them in order to maintain the monopoly of force?

Citing some examples:

China: Murdered 76,702,000 people;
USSR: Murdered 61,911,000 people;
Germany: Murdered 20,946,000 people;
Cambodia: Murdered 2,035,000 people;
Turkey: Murdered 1,883,000 people;
Poland: Murdered 1,585,000 people;
Pakistan: Murdered 1,503,000 people;

All of these populations were either lightly armed or completely disarmed with respect to their governments military power. This fact is a very important one. Being armed in only helpful if one can equal the power of that who posses a threat.

For those of you not familiar with the history of disarmament, murder by government is called DEMOCIDE and all advanced civilizations in human history have gone through it. Bar none.

Overall, governments have murdered between 262,000,000 and 350,000,000 in just the 20th century. If you think it can’t happen again take a look at history, the continuously moving carousel we all ignore on a daily basis even though it is the best source of information.

When it comes to the Second Amendment, I have to agree with judge Andrew Napolitano: There are no shades of grey. We either have it, or don’t have it.

There can’t be a Second Amendment to own a handgun, but not to own a semi-automatic rifle; especially because the right was written with no limitations. The creators of the Bill of Rights in the United States and similar documents in other parts of the world understood that society would evolve, and that throughout that evolution people’s liberty and freedom would be challenged.

There can’t be a Second Amendment to hunt deer, but not to hunt tyrants. Hunting tyrants is the real goal behind giving people the constitutional right to own firearms. It doesn’t matter how much the Government says it is all about hunting. It is not.

There can’t be a Second Amendment to defend our home, but not to defend our country. In many U.S. States, a home is a castle. If a stranger enters that home to steal, injure or kill someone, the homeowner has the right to shoot the intruder without asking questions. Why couldn’t THE PEOPLE apply the same criterium to defend their nation-state?

An even more important question to ask is, why should law-abiding citizens have their Second Amendment taken away — progressively or all at once — because insane people are pharmaceutically induced  to act violently? Should the authorities be more concerned with eradicating the pharmaceuticals that cause sane and insane people to act violently, as supposed to taking away the right to defend ourselves?

When it comes to the right to defend ourselves, the right to keep and bear arms has no shade of grey. We either have it or don’t have it. PERIOD! Those people who can’t stand that their neighbors own firearms to defend themselves from whatever threat, should move to England, North Korea or Mexico.

Obama kidnaps society to justify gun-grabbing Executive Orders

The U.S. President handed the public 23 measures he will impose on all Americans to “keep them safe”.

By LUIS MIRANDA | THE REAL AGENDA | JANUARY 16, 2013

U.S. President Barack Obama, announced 23 measures to be adopted by decree to tighten control of access to firearms, including the marketing of assault rifles.

Among those “executive orders”, which according to Obama do not need to go through Congress, are  requiring criminal background checks for all sales and increase mental health coverage.

These measures were announced by U.S. President in response to the slaughter perpetrated in December in Newtown, where a young man killed 20 children and six adults in a school, and his mother, before killing himself.

In addition, Obama will restrict access to high capacity magazines and eliminate piercing bullets, and urge states to share their databases on criminal records with the Federal Government.

The plan, Obama says, will boost security in schools and colleges, will provide funds to hire a thousand educational and psychological counselors and help update emergency programs.

The measures are part of the plan created by a team led by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, who met with members of civil society, security officials and members of the education sector.

Obama’s decrees include increased budgetary resources to facilitate access to mental health of students and young people through training of 5,000 medical professionals.

The measures announced are divided into four categories: preventing weapons from reaching the wrong hands, ban the sale of assault weapons, increase school safety and improve mental health services.

The priority is supposedly to protect children

Barack Obama said protecting children from violence should be the primary “responsibility” of society, when he announced the 23 measures to tighten gun control.

“Although reducing gun violence is a difficult challenge, protecting our children from such violence should not be an issue that divides us,” Obama said at the White House, where he appeared next to Vice President, Joe Biden.

During the event Obama frequently referred to several children who supposedly wrote letters to him during the last month to show their concern about gun violence following the tragedy of Sandy Hook in Newtown, Connecticut, where 20 children and 6 adults were shot by Adam Lanza.

Obama read excerpts from a letter written by one of these children who asked him to “work hard” to stop the violence and casualties caused by firearms.

“I will do everything in my power to do so. But the only way we can change is if the American people and  require it,” said the president.

He also stressed that to achieve change “real and lasting” Congress “must act” and pass laws that complement today’s proposals which he will approve by Executive Order.

“Together with our freedom to live our lives comes the obligation to allow others to do the same,” said Obama, who reiterated his support for the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which enshrines the right to bear arms responsibly. ”

U.S. Congressman Steve Stockman warns Obama about impeachment if he attacks Second Amendment

By CAROLINE MAY | DAILY CALLER | JANUARY 15, 2013

Texas Republican Rep. Steve Stockman threatened Monday afternoon that he would file articles of impeachment against President Barack Obama if he institutes gun control measures with an executive order.

Stockman warned that such executive orders would be “unconstitutional” and “infringe on our constitutionally-protected right to keep and bear arms.”

“I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment,” Stockman said in a statement.

At his press conference Monday, Obama floated the possibility of using executive action to enact policies aimed at reducing gun violence.

The freshman congressman, who served one term in Congress in the mid-1990s, further labeled the possibility “an existential threat to this nation” because, he said, the purpose of the Second Amendment is to allow the people to protect themselves from tyranny.

“Any proposal to abuse executive power and infringe upon gun rights must be repelled with the stiffest legislative force possible,” he added. “Under no circumstances whatsoever may the government take any action that disarms any peaceable person — much less without due process through an executive declaration without a vote of Congress or a ruling of a court.”
