El cambio climático causado por la Ingeniería Planetária

Aunque la actividad antropogénica como la causa del calentamiento global es un engaño, el planeta parece estar calentándose por otras razones. El asunto es que lo que los alarmistas han estado diciendo durante décadas sobre la influencia humana por la quema de combustibles fósiles o de la actividad industrial es apenas una vía de escape. Hay un componente más importante que es realmente el que influye en el cambio climático: la actividad solar.

El sol ha pasado por altibajos a lo largo de su existencia, así como lo han hecho las temperaturas globales. Pero en la Tierra, hay un segundo componente que afecta el cambio climático, y que lo saca de sus patrones naturales a tal punto que está afectando la estabilidad del planeta. La geo-ingeniería, la modificación artificial del tiempo en un área determinada, es directamente responsable de por un clima inusual y los patrones climáticos vistos en los últimos 15 años, los cuales no presentaron aumentos en la temperatura global. Esta técnica se ha utilizado durante al menos 60 años, y las patentes de los diferentes tipos de geo-ingenieríase se concedieron desde hace mucho tiempo. La aplicación de varios tipos de ingeniería planetaria fueron probados a fondo en laboratorio y en experimentos de campo.

Los métodos más populares de ingeniería planetaria es el uso de Chemtrails o estelas químicas. Chemtrails son un cóctel de productos químicos que son rociados en muchas zonas con el fin de cambiar los patrones climáticos. El uso de productos químicos como bario, aluminio y estroncio, que se continúan rociando sobre el mundo han permitido al complejo militar industrial observar los efectos de estos productos químicos en los patrones del clima para crear formas de producir o controlar elementos como la lluvia, las tormentas, el viento y otros.

¿Cómo sucede el calentamiento?

Si bien la modificación del clima suele centrarse en un área en particular, las consecuencias de la manipulación del clima en áreas limitadas en los últimos 60 años ha traído consigo un efecto secundario peligroso. La inyección de núcleos de condensación, cuyo objetivo era detener el calentamiento global supuestamente causado por el hombre, tuvo una consecuencia no deseada de atrapar más calor al bloquear la radiación del sol antes de esta salir de nuevo hacia la atmósfera. Más calor quedó atrapado en la atmósfera que la cantidad que presuntamente sería desviada o reflejada por partículas metálicas pulverizadas por aviones. Este es el testimonio del ex jefe del FBI, Ted L. Gunderson.

La acumulación excesiva de calor, sin embargo, es sólo una de las muchas consecuencias directas de la geo-ingeniería. Múltiples experimentos llevados a cabo por los militares en todo el mundo interrumpieron el ciclo hidrológico y el planeta se hizo más oscuro. Según Geoengineeringwatch.org, algunas de las consecuencias de las intervenciones para modificar el clima es que estos experimentos reducen las cantidades medias de precipitación en todo el planeta, los ciclos hidrológicos fueron, y todavía son completamente interrumpidos y los cielos que una vez eran azules ahora son brumosos. El oscurecimiento global ha aumentado en los últimos 50 años y muchos expertos creen que la Tierra es al menos un 25 por ciento más oscura que antes. Tanto la alteración del ciclo hidrológico como el oscurecimiento del planeta causaron daño a todas las formas de vida. De acuerdo con el investigador de geoingeniería, Dane Wigington, la extinción de muchas especies se aceleró debido a la modificación del clima. La tasa de extinción aumentó en 1000 veces. Los medios de comunicación, sin embargo, siempre actuaron con rapidez para culpar a las emisiones humanas de CO2 por el calentamiento y el oscurecimiento global. Un ejemplo es el reciente documental producido por la BBC llamado Horizon, y otro más es el documental titulado Aftermath: Población Cero, producido por National Geographic, y que desde el inicio culpa a los humanos de todas las catástrofes que han sucedido en el último siglo.

El calentamiento actual causado por la geoingeniería también provocó la rápida pérdida de hielo del Ártico. La ruptura de un embalse gigante de metano en el Ártico provoca el deshielo de unos 130.000 kilómetros cuadrados de hielo por día en la región. “El metano es 100 veces más efectivo que el CO2 como gas de efecto invernadero”, dijo Wigington. Actualmente, los investigadores de ingeniería geológica, como el Sr. Wigington, creen que al menos tres nuevas estaciones de ingeniería geológica se están construyendo en el Ártico, para un total de 21 en todo el mundo. A pesar del daño ya causado por la geoingeniería, los miembros del gobierno de EE.UU., como John Holdren, fomentan el uso de las técnicas de geoingeniería, como la pulverización de metales pesados, como una forma de mitigar las consecuencias del calentamiento global ‘creado por el hombre’. Holdren y aquellos que apoyan el cobro de impuestos sobre las emisiones de carbono, como Al Gore y James Hansen, no aclararon cuales seres humanos son responsables del calentamiento global, sino que los acusaron a todos. El tema del calentamiento global es un doble engaño. En primer lugar, una crisis falsa en el sentido de que las actividades tradicionales de la humanidad no son la causa principal del calentamiento. En segundo lugar, el calentamiento global es causado por la geo-ingeniería de los militares y los gobiernos que la utilizan desde 1950.

Alarmistas del calentamiento global que están utilizando esta farsa como un esquema para hacer dinero y que están presionando para que haya la imposición de un impuesto sobre el carbono a nivel mundial para “salvarnos” de una desgracia, se olvidaron de decirle al público que sus experimentos estaban causando tal calentamiento, y no el uso de combustibles fósiles y la industrialización, que también contribuyen a la contaminación del planeta, pero en una escala mucho más pequeña en comparación con los efectos de la geo-ingeniería.

Las aplicaciones de geo-ingeniería

Como se mencionó antes, la geoingeniería era considerada como una herramienta para proporcionar una ventaja para aquellos que buscan la guerra y es exactamente lo que los últimos geo-ataques han hecho. Pero la geoingeniería no se limita a la pulverización de metales pesados ​sobre la población. La aplicación de dicha energía crea protuberancias en la atmósfera, lo que, a su vez, produce un vacío. El vacío a su vez afecta el comportamiento normal del flujo de aire, causando reacciones anormales en los patrones climáticos a niveles regionales y globales. Hoy en día, HAARP es capaz de calentar la ionosfera a temperaturas de hasta 15.000 grados Fahrenheit.

Tanto el aerosol pulverizado como HAARP son fundamentales en la creación y manipulación de las tormentas. Así es como los huracanes se pueden crear y literalmente manejar sobre un área de la planeta. El tiempo que los militares tenían que esperar a que las condiciones ideales se dieran para llevar a cabo sus experimentos son cosa del pasado. Ahora, ellos pueden crear estas condiciones, la preparación del terreno y llevar a cabo el ataque. En el siglo 21, lo nuevo es ‘tiempo a la carte’. Se estima que alrededor de 20 millones de toneladas de nano partículas de aluminio, bario, estroncio y plomo fueron rociados en el planeta desde que la geoingeniería se inició en 1950.

Ahora que es posible modificar el tiempo y el clima ‘a la carte’, los que tienen información sobre el uso de las tecnologías de modificación del clima están apostando por eventos climáticos o las consecuencias de tales eventos. La modificación del clima a través de los chemtrails y HAARP se convirtió en un producto que es negociable. En 2004, Andrea Psoras, de QED International respondió una carta de la Comisión de Comercio de Productos Futuros (CFTC) sobre los llamados “Contratos de eventos”.

Psoras respondió diciendo que no todo era mercancía y que no todo lo que es cubierto por un seguro debe considerarse negociable. En un intento por advertir sobre el uso descontrolado de la tecnología de modificación del clima, Psoras también mencionó la solicitud de Dennis Kucinich y el congresista John Glenn al Congreso para prohibir el uso de armas de láser en el espacio.

De qué es capaz la modificación climática?

En los años 40 y 50, la modificación del clima se enfocó en los usos potenciales de las diferentes tecnologías para alterar los patrones climáticos. Hoy en día, las tecnologías están en pleno funcionamiento. Los detalles sobre cómo el tiempo puede causar estragos son muy claros. Un revelador informe titulado “El tiempo como un multiplicador de fuerza: Controlando el tiempo en 2025”, se hizo pública en 1996. El documento describe cómo la modificación del clima se convertirá en una parte de la seguridad nacional “con aplicaciones domésticas e internacionales”.

“La capacidad de cambiar el clima global, preciso y en tiempo real, sólido y sistemático proporcionará CINCs (Comandos Unificados) con un multiplicador de fuerza de gran alcance para lograr los objetivos militares.” Se cita como un comité asesor presidencial en 1957 reconoció el potencial militar de la modificación del clima, que podría ser más importante que la bomba atómica. Otro pasaje dice que la modificación del clima es un “cambio de los fenómenos meteorológicos sobre una zona determinada, durante un período limitado de tiempo.” Como se explica en el documento, modificar el tiempo se divide en dos categorías: supresión e intensificación de los fenómenos meteorológicos. En casos extremos, dice el informe, se incluyen la creación de nuevas formas de mitigación del cambio climático y tormentas controladas, e incluso la modificación del clima en áreas extensas por periodos de larga duración.

Hoy en día, la precipitación, la niebla y las tormentas son creadas e impulsadas ​​por la tecnología de la modificación del clima en cualquier parte del planeta, de ahí la expresión ‘el tiempo a la carte’. Gobiernos como el chino, el ruso y los EE.UU. han demostrado su capacidad para conducir fenómenos climáticos.

En el caso de la precipitación, la técnica más eficaz es el uso de motores post-combustión para generar partículas de carbono durante los vuelos en áreas específicas. A menudo, los planos de inyectar hidrocarburos en el aire, a veces es una mezcla de metales pesados ​​como se describió anteriormente. Es por eso que las estelas se llaman chemtrails. El documento titulado “El tiempo como un multiplicador de fuerza: Control del clima para el 2025″, admite que los vehículos aéreos no tripulados (UAV) son tan eficaces como los pilotados por humanos para  rociar productos químicos, pero que los UAVs tienen otra ventaja: Se pueden volar sobre un área determinada sin ser detectados por radar. El uso de los UAV ha ayudado a los militares para controlar el resultado de sus experimentos de manera más eficiente. Por ejemplo, la pulverización de núcleos químicos a lo largo de una zona específica se puede conseguir con mayor precisión, de forma que la lluvia cae antes de llegar a lo que sería su local natural de precipitación. Así es como los manipuladores de tiempo puede causar sequías.

La niebla es otro elemento del tiempo que puede ser fácilmente afectada por los programas de modificación del clima. La tecnología permite inyectar núcleos de niebla caliente, por ejemplo, para disiparla y controlar su densidad, la calidad, la fluctuación y dispersión. Según un artículo de J. Storrs Hall, publicado en 1995 titulado “Descripción general de la nanotecnología”, nano-partículas se comunican entre sí y se guían en un esfuerzo para generar una red de sensores que aumentan los efectos de su capacidad de cambiar su temperatura y polaridad.

Proyectos del ejército sobre la investigación de modificación climática que datan de la década de 1990 también muestran que la niebla se puede hacer usando un equipo comercial y cómo esta niebla bloquea los rayos UV con éxito, los espectros visible e infrarrojo, que ayuda a los militares para ocultar dichas emisiones espectrales cuando son enviados de sus armas láser. Estos experimentos son explicados por Robert A. Sutherland en su artículo de 1991 titulado “Resultados de los experimentos con niebla artificial”, que fue publicado en las Actas de la Conferencia sobre Guerra Atmosférica de 1991.

En lo que respecta a las tormentas, los manipuladores del tiempo no decepcionan. La tecnología actual les permite cambiar las variables, tales como la liberación de calor latente, la cantidad de vapor de agua para el desarrollo de nubes, el calentamiento de la atmósfera para incrementar la inestabilidad y, generalmente, proporcionar o crear las condiciones para hacer la atmósfera lo suficientemente inestable para causar tormentas. Con la modificación de las tormentas viene la modificación del clima espacial. El control y la modificación de la ionosfera fabricada con tecnología HAARP tiene al menos dos funciones: aumentar el deterioro de las comunicaciones enemigas y utilizar la ionosfera para manipular los patrones del clima.

Como se ha explicado anteriormente, al disparar rayos de alta frecuencia a la ionosfera hace que aparezcan protuberancias y, a su vez, estas crean vacíos. Los vacíos entonces afectan el comportamiento del aire, lo que afecta directamente al clima en todo el planeta. La intención de los manipuladores del clima es hacer la ionosfera más estable para mejorar su comunicación, mientras bloquean la del enemigo.

El apéndice A del documento “El tiempo como un multiplicador de fuerza: Control del clima para el 2025”, explica por qué la ionosfera es importante para la modificación del clima. “Esta región está compuesta por capas de partículas cargadas eléctricamente que transmiten, refractan y reflejan las ondas de radio, permitiendo que esas ondas puedan ser transmitidas a largas distancias. “Desafortunadamente para los controladores militares, la ionosfera no es estable. De hecho, cambia al cambiar el clima de la Tierra. Afortunadamente para ellos, la ionosfera también se puede modificar.

“A pesar de que la ionosfera actúa como un “espejo” de las ondas de radio naturales HF, la misma se encuentra en un estado de cambio constante y por lo tanto su “propiedad de espejo” puede ser limitada. Como el clima de la Tierra, las propiedades de la ionosfera cambian de año a año, día a día, e incluso de hora en hora. Esta variabilidad ionosférica, llamada clima espacial puede causar inseguridad en las comunicaciones terrestres y espaciales que dependen de reflexión ionosférica para su transmisión. La variabilidad del clima espacial afecta  cómo la ionosfera atenúa, absorbe, refleja, refracta y cambia la fase de propagación y características de amplitud de las ondas de radio.

Estos cambios pueden surgir a veces en ciertas condiciones climáticas, tales como: (1) la variabilidad de la radiación solar que entra en la atmósfera superior, (2) el plasma solar que entra en el campo magnético de la tierra, (3) las mareas gravitacionales producidas por el sol y la luna, y (4) la “hinchazón” vertical de la atmósfera debido al calentamiento diurno del sol. El clima espacial es también significativamente afectado por la actividad solar, la inclinación del campo geomagnético de la Tierra y abruptos cambios ionosféricos que resultan de eventos como las tormentas geomagnéticas en la Tierra.

Dado que los controladores militares están ahora en condiciones de modificar la cantidad de radiación solar que llega a un área determinada de la tierra a través de estelas químicas e HAARP, la modifcación del clima ya no es una “teoría de conspiración”. En efecto, la modificación exitosa de la ionosfera y la atmósfera se ha establecido por medio de técnicas de modificación que utilizan el calentamiento de alta frecuencia, el calentamiento oblicuo de alta frecuencia, microondas y calentamiento magnetosférico. Mas a geo-engenharia não se limita a pulverização de metais pesados ​​sobre a população. A modificação do tempo através de chemtrails e HAARP se tornou um produto que é negociável. Em 2004, Andrea Psoras, da QED International respondeu uma carta da Commodities Future Trading Commission (CFTC) sobre seu pedido para avaliar a regulação de “Contratos de eventos”.

Psoras respondeu dizendo que nem tudo era commodity e que nem tudo coberto por seguro deveria ser considerado negociável. O que a modificação do tempo é capaz de fazer?

Hoje, precipitação, nevoeiro e tempestades são criados e conduzidos pela tecnologia de modificação do tempo sobre qualquer área do planeta, daí o termo “clima por encomenda”. Governos como o chinês, russo e americano já mostraram sua capacidade de conduzir os fenômenos climáticos.

Quando se trata de precipitação, a técnica mais eficaz é a utilização de motores de pós-combustão do tipo jato para gerar partículas de carbono enquanto voam em massas de ar específicas. Quando se trata de tempestades, manipuladores meteorológicas não decepcionaram. Dado que os manipuladores militares são, agora, capazes de modificar a quantidade de radiação solar que chega a uma determinada área de terra através de chemtrails, como se comporta a atmosfera e a modificação da atmosfera para torná-la útil para os seus fins de modificação de clima e comunicação, a modifcacação do clima já não é mais uma “teoria da conspiração”. Climate Change more likely spurred by Planetary Geo-engineering

Anthropogenic activity as the cause of planetary warming may be a hoax, but the planet is indeed getting warmer. The news here is that different from what climate alarmists have said for decades, such warming, at the rate it is happening, may not be caused by the burning of fossil fuels or industrial activity. There is a more powerful driver of global warming, and that is solar activity.

The sun has experienced lows and highs throughout its existence and so have all the planet’s temperatures. But on Earth there is a second component of global warming that is affecting the planet’s stability. Geo-engineering, which is the artificial modification of the weather over a determined area, seems to be directly responsible for the unusual weather and climate patterns seen in the last 15 years. The technique has been used for at least 60 years, the patents for the different kinds of Geo-engineering have been awarded for a long time and the application of the various types of planetary engineering have been tested exhaustively in laboratory and in open air.

The most popular of all methods of planetary engineering is the use of Chemtrails. Chemtrails are showers of chemicals poured over determined areas with the intent of affecting weather patterns. The use of chemicals such as aluminum, barium and strontium, which have been sprayed over the planet for the past 6 decades allowed military contractors to test the effects of such chemicals on weather patterns in order to produce ways to drive or control weather elements such as rain, storms, winds and others.

The project to manipulate the weather was focused on how military applications of Geo-engineering could provide advantages for the United States armed forces in any possible fight against potential enemies, but today other nations such as Russia and China also possess technology to modify the weather. The studies seem to have begun back in the 1940’s, and applications and tests began to run in the 1950’s. By injecting chemicals into the atmosphere, proponents of weather modification and its use as a force magnifier are able to make it rain, cause floods, prevent rainfall, cause droughts, create and direct storms and even cause seismic activity. HOW THE WARMING OCCURS

Although weather modification is usually focused on a determined area, the consequences of manipulating the weather over limited areas for the past 60 years brought along a dangerous side effect. The injection of condensation nuclei as part of military operations and weather modification experiments that sought to stop the supposed man-made global warming had the unintended consequence of trapping more heat that it actually kept out by supposedly blocking the sun. More heat was trapped under the atmosphere than the amount that was supposedly deflected by the metallic particles sprayed by airplanes. That is the testimony of former Chief Agent in charge of the FBI, Ted L. Gunderson.

The excessive accumulation of heat, however, is only one of the many direct consequences of Geo-engineering. Multiple experiments conducted by the military and military contractors all over the world disrupted the hydrologic cycle and made the planet darker. According to Geoengineeringwatch.org, some of the consequences of interventions to modify the weather are: Greatly reduced overall global rainfall, completely disrupted global hydrological cycle, loss of blue skies and direct sunlight, thus effecting photosynthesis, greatly increased global drought, greatly diminished crop yields, decimated ozone layer, Northern and Southern hemispheres, contaminated soils, contaminated waters, contaminated atmosphere and breathable air column, unquantifiable negative impacts to all life forms, increased dry lightning strikes creating record forest fires, possible triggering of climate feed back loops like methane hydrate and clathrate releases. 

Global dimming increased over the last 50 years, and many experts believe that the Earth is now at least 25 percent darker than before. Both the disruption of the hydrologic cycle and darkening of the planet have in turn caused more damage to all forms of life. According to Geo-engineering researcher Dane Wigington, the extinction of species has been greatly accelerated due to weather modification. The rate of extinction has increase by 1,000 times. The establishment media though, have acted fast to blame global dimming on human emissions of CO2 and industrial pollution. An example of this is the BBC’s recently produced documentary called Horizon.

The current warming triggered by Geo-engineering has also caused the rapid loss of Arctic ice. The breaking of a gigantic methane reservoir in the arctic causes the melting of 130,000 square kilometers of ice a day in that region. “Methane is 100 times more effective than CO2 as a green house gas,” says Wigington. Currently, Geo-engineering researchers such as Mr. Wigington believe that at least three new Geo-engineering stations or facilities are being constructed in the Arctic, which will add up to a total of 21 around the world. Despite the damage already caused by Geo-engineering, members of the U.S. government such as White House Science Czar John Holdren called for the use of Geo-engineering techniques such as aerosol spraying of heavy metals as a way to slow down the consequences of what climate alarmists led by the United Nations call man-made global warming. Holdren and other carbon tax pushers such as Al Gore and James Hansen have not been clear about which humans are the ones responsible for such warming, but today, we know that the usual suspects are also involved in the current decimation of natural resources such as air, water and soil. The global warming issue is then a double hoax. First, it is a fake crisis in the sense that humanity’s traditional activities are not the main cause of such warming. Second, real warming has been caused by Geo-engineering which militaries and governments have been playing with since the 1950’s.

Climate alarmists at the highest levels, who are using global warming as a money-making scheme and who are pushing for the imposition of a global mandatory carbon tax scheme to “save us” from doom, forgot to tell the public that it was their open air experiments the ones that caused almost all the warming, instead of the use of fossil fuels or industrialization, which they blame for it. The last two activities also contribute to the pollution of the planet but at a much smaller scale when compared with the effects of Geo-engineering, which has been happening non-stop since at least the beginning of the 1950’s.

THE APPLICATIONS OF GEO-ENGINEERING

As mentioned before, Geo-engineering was first sought as a tool to provide an advantage for those waging war anywhere on the planet and that is exactly what the experiments and more recent geo-attacks have done. But Geo-engineering is not limited to the spraying of heavy metals over the population. A second element, perhaps the most powerful one of the weather modification scheme is the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). Chemtrails and HAARP are more related than first thought.

After airplanes spray aerosolized metallic particles on the atmosphere, this layer of the planet becomes more conductive, which means it is ready to be shot at with high frequency rays. The application of such energy creates bulges in the atmosphere, which in turn produce a vacuum. The vacuum then affects the normal behavior of the jet stream, that later causes abnormal reactions in local, regional and global weather patterns. Today, HAARP is capable of heating up the ionosphere by up to 15,000 degrees Farenheit at any given time.

Both aerosol spraying and HAARP are instrumental in the creation and manipulation of storms. That is how hurricanes can be triggered and literally driven over any area of the planet. Long are the days when the military industrial complex needed to wait for the right conditions to exist to carry out their experiments and attacks. Now, they can even create those conditions, prepare the field and carry out the attack. In the 21st century, the new thing is made-to-order weather. It is estimated that some 20 million tons of nano particles of aluminum, barium, strontium and led have been sprayed over the planet since Geo-engineering began back in the 1950’s.

Since weather is now made-to-order, a new caveat is added to local or planetary weather modification. Financial vultures who have information on the use of weather modification technology, are now betting on weather events or on the consequences of those events. Weather modification through chemtrails and HAARP has now become a product that is tradeable. Back in 2004, Andrea Psoras, from QED International responded a letter from the Commodities Future Trading Commission (CFTC) regarding its request to evaluate the regulation of something called “Event Contracts”.

Ms. Psoras responded by saying that not everything was a commodity and that neither anything that was covered by insurance should be exchange tradeable. In an attempt to warn about the uncontrolled use of weather modification technology to wage war or to trade event contracts, she also mentioned Congressmen Dennis Kucinich and John Glenn’s request to Congress to ban the use of space-based weapons.

WHAT IS WEATHER MODIFICATION CAPABLE OF DOING?

Although back in the 1940’s and 1950’s weather modification was all about potential uses of the different technologies, to change weather patterns, today those technologies are completely operational. The details about the power of weather-based weapons have to wreak havoc is very clear, as researchers have discovered for the past two decades of study. A revealing report titled Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025, was made public around 1996. The document describes how weather modification will become part of what it calls national security with both “domestic and international applications.”

“A global, precise, real time, robust and systematic weather modification capability will provide war fighting CINC’s (Commander in Chief of a Unified Command) with a powerful force multiplier to achieve military objectives.” The paper cites how a 1957 presidential advisory committee recognized the military potential of weather modification, which could be more significant than the atom bomb. Another extract then confesses that weather modification is the “alteration of weather phenomena over a determined area for a limited period of time.” As explained on the document, weather modification is split into two categories: suppression and intensification of weather phenomena. In extreme cases, the report says, it may include the creation of whole new weather patterns, attenuation and control of storms and even the alteration of global climate on a far reaching and long-lasting extent.

“Extreme and controversial examples of weather modification, creation of made to order weather, large scale climate modification, creation and / or steering of storms,” and so on. “With enough lead time and the right conditions, you could get made to order weather,” said mathematician William Brown on his article “Learn how to tame Chaos“, which was published on New Scientist Magazine in May 1992. Today, precipitation, fog, and storms are created and driven at will by weather modification technology over any area of the planet, hence the term make to order weather. Governments like the Chinese, Russian and American have already shown their ability to drive weather phenomena.

When it comes to precipitation, the most cost effective technique is the use of afterburner-type jet engines to generate carbon particles while flying to specific air mass. Many times, airplanes inject hydrocarbons into the air, other times is a mixture of heavy metals as described above. That is why contrails have now turned into chemtrails. The document titled Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025, admits that unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) are as effective as human piloted planes when spraying the chemicals but that UAV’s have another advantage: They can fly over a determined area without being detected by radar. The use of UAV’s has greatly helped the military and its contractors to more efficiently control the outcome of their experiments. For example, spraying chemical nuclei over a specific area can be achieved with more precision so that rain falls before it reaches its natural place of precipitation. This is how the weather manipulators manage to cause drought.

Fog is another weather element that can easily be affected by weather modification programs. Technology allows weather manipulators to inject nuclei into warm fog, for example, to dissipate it by managing the size, dispersal qualities and buoyancy. According to a November 1995 paper by J. Storrs Hall titled “Overview of Nanotechnology“, nano-particles communicate with each other and steer their behavior in an effort to generate a large sensor network which enhances the effects of their capacity to change their temperature and polarity. Army research projects dated to the 1990’s also demonstrated how fog can be produced using commercial equipment and how this fog successfully blocks the UV, IR and visible spectrums, which helps the military hide the emissions of such spectrums while sent out from their laser weapons. These experiments are explained by Robert A. Sutherland in his 1991 paper “Results of man-made Fog Experiments“, which was published in the Proceedings of the 1991 Battlefield Atmospheric Conference.

When it comes to storms, weather manipulators have not been disappointed. Current technology enables them to change variables such as latent heat release, the amount of water vapor for cloud development, surface and lower atmospheric heating to increase instability and in general provide or create conditions to make the atmosphere unstable enough to cause storms to appear. With storm modification comes space weather modification. The control and modification of the ionosphere done with HAARP technology serves at least two functions: improve communications while deteriorating that of potential enemies and to use the ionosphere to manipulate weather patterns.

As explained earlier, shooting up the ionosphere with high frequency rays causes bulges to appear and these bulges in turn create vacuums. The vacuums then affect jet stream behavior, which directly affects weather and climate everywhere on the planet. As for making the ionosphere more stable for communication purposes, the military manipulators intend to use the ionosphere as a sort of clean sheet from where they intervene all kinds of communications for their advantage; either to enhance for their benefit or to block it  so that other militaries can’t communicate properly.

Appendix A of the Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025 document explains why the ionosphere is important for space weather modification. “This region consists of layers of free electrically charged particles that transmit, refract, and reflect radio waves, allowing those waves to be transmitted great distances around. The interaction of the ionosphere on impinging electromagnetic radiation depends on the properties of the ionospheric layer, the geometry of transmission, and the frequency of the radiation.” Unfortunately for the military manipulators, the ionosphere is not stable. In fact it changes just as the Earth’s weather changes. Fortunately for them, the ionosphere can also be modified.

“Although the ionosphere acts as a natural “mirror” for HF radio waves, it is in a constant state of flux, and thus, its “mirror property” can be limited at times. Like terrestrial weather, ionospheric properties change from year to year, from day to day, and even from hour to hour. This ionospheric variability, called space weather, can cause unreliability in ground- and space-based communications that depend on ionospheric reflection or transmission. Space weather variability affects how the ionosphere attenuates, absorbs, reflects, refracts, and changes the propagation, phase, and amplitude characteristics of radio waves. These weather dependent changes may arise from certain space weather conditions such as: (1) variability of solar radiation entering the upper atmosphere; (2) the solar plasma entering the earth’s magnetic field; (3) the gravitational atmospheric tides produced by the sun and moon; and (4) the vertical swelling of the atmosphere due to daytime heating of the sun. Space weather is also significantly affected by solar flare activity, the tilt of the earth’s geomagnetic field, and abrupt ionospheric changes resulting from events such as geomagnetic storms the earth.”

Given that the military manipulators are now able to modify the amount of solar radiation that gets to a determined area on Earth through chemtrails, how the atmosphere behaves and molding the ionosphere to make it useful for their purposes of weather and communication modification, the theory of owning the weather by 2025 has now become practice, while removing the “conspiracy theory” aspect from itself. In fact, upper atmospheric and ionospheric modification success has been demonstrated through ground based modification techniques that utilize high frequency heating, oblique high frequency heating, microwave heating and magnetospheric heating. Nanotechnology now offers the possibility to create clouds of microcomputer particles which communicate with each other to create simulated weather. In turn, this simulated weather allows the manipulators to effectively modify the weather in a way that seems as if natural forces were responsible for such weather, as supposed to Geo-engineering technologies.

“Precautions against unconventional arms must be intensified as potential terrorists develop chemical, biological weapons and electromagnetic methods that could create holes in the ozone layer or trigger earthquakes or volcanoes,” said former U.S. Secretary of Defense, William Cohen speaking at the University of Georgia in 1997. He was right. The terrorists have taken full possession of such weapons and are now using them to artificially modify the weather for their own benefit while destroying the environment. With all of this information, we can calmly conclude that they won’t have to wait until 2025 to own the weather. They already do.

Oxford Professor: Poison water to medicate population

Oxford professor Julian Savulescu says fluoridation demonstrates how populations of the future could be mass-medicated through pharmacological ‘cognitive enhancements’ added to the water supply.

In a 2008 paper titled, “Fluoride and the Future: Population Level Cognitive Enhancement,” Oxford bioethics professor Julian Savulescu claims that water fluoridation may be key to the “future of humanity.” He argues that “fluoridation may not merely be about tooth decay… [but] the drive to be better.”

Drugging the population’s water supply, Savulescu claims, is a form of “enhancement” that can pave the way to a future where mental abilities and other functions could be improved with drugs. Savulescu writes:

“Fluoridation is the tip of the enhancement iceberg. Science is progressing fast to develop safe and effective cognitive enhancers, drugs which will improve our mental abilities. For years, people have used crude enhancers, usually to promote wakefulness, like nicotine, caffeine and amphetamines. A new generation of more effective enhancers is emerging modafenil, ritalin, Adderral and ampakines and the piracetam family of memory improvers.”

But once highly safe and effective cognitive enhancers are developed – as they almost surely will be – the question will arise whether they should be added to the water, like fluoride, or our cereals, like folate. It seems likely that widespread population level cognitive enhancement will be irresistible.

The dream Savulescu argues for is based upon the lie that fluoridation of the public water supply has been a tremendous human advancement. Supporting that lie is the boasted claim by the Center for Disease Control that water fluoridation ranks among the top 10 public health achievements of the 20th Century. Instead, fluoride has been linked with neurological effects, thyroid problems, bone cancer and even crippling-blindness. What’s more, much of it is not even the common-but-toxic sodium fluoride, but an industrial waste derivative known as hydrofluosilicic acid– in an estimated 2/3 of the fluoridated public water in the U.S. and known to be very deadly.

Savulescu is flawed to hope fluoride can pave the way to an alchemically-”improved” society, especially where forced-medication is involved. The vision is distinctly like that of Brave New World, wherein author Aldous Huxley predicts a future dictatorship where people “learn to love their servitude.” What Huxley terms in the novel “Soma” would most likely come in reality in the form of numerous drugs that would tackle individual happiness, and the larger complacency of the masses at large. Solidified by a Scientific Dictatorship, a pharmacologically-treated population would be rendered very unlikely to ever revolt against the regime in power.

“There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution.”

A ‘scientific’ form of control doesn’t necessarily imply the rise of enlightenment or technological innovation, but rather the guaranteed control of its population through a tested understanding of human behavior– including breaking point, resistance, anger– and the the ability to systematically stay one-step or many more ahead of what anyone might do.

DRUGS AND CHEMICALS ALREADY IN OUR FOOD & WATER

So could “cognitive enhancers” like Ritalin, Prozac and other chemically-engineered drugs be added to the water supply in the future to make humans better, smarter or faster? Or could they make humans docile, complacent and dangerously subservient?

Such proposals are already underway, and what’s more, whether intentional or not, spiked water supplies are already affecting populations in the U.S. and across the globe.

Huxley stated:

Kurt Nimmo reported in December 2009 on a newspiece advocating adding lithium to the water supply as a mood stabilizer:

Japanese researchers, according to Georgiou, are “investigating whether trace amounts of lithium can just change the mood in a community enough — in a really positive way without having the bad effects of lithium — to really affect the mood and decrease the suicide rate.”

Moreover, the AP exposed in 2008 that pharmaceutical drugs were found in the majority of the United States’ water supply. According to the AP, at least 46 million people are affected by the issue.

The New York Times sums in ‘There are drugs in the drinking water. Now what?‘ that: “There are traces of sedatives in New York City’s water. Ibuprofen and naproxen in Washington, D.C. Anti-epileptic and anti-anxiety drugs in southern California… But how bad is it, exactly?”

The U.S. Geological Survey lists the “emerging contaminants in the environment” and specifically notes what is affecting the water supply. Contaminating compounds range from herbicides to pharmaceuticals, endocrine disruptors and household chemicals.

New research has also uncovered the presence of chemicals known as Antiandrogens that are finding their way into the water supply. Paul Joseph Watson writes:

Antiandrogens used in pesticides sprayed on our food have also been identified as “endocrine disruptors” that have been “demonstrated to induce demasculinization in rats.”

More shockingly, population control advocates like White House Science Advisor John P. Holdren have advocated adding sterilants to the water supply. He wrote about it alongside Population Bomb author Paul Ehrlich in their 1977 book Ecoscience.

“Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control.”

“It must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.”

Spreading disease, like “enhancements” or sterilization, could be the intention of food or water additives. In 2002, The Melbourne Age reported on Nobel Peace Prize winning microbiologist Sir Macfarlane Burnet’s plan to help the Australian government develop biological weapons for use against Indonesia and other “overpopulated” countries of South-East Asia. From the article:

Sir Macfarlane recommended in a secret report in 1947 that biological and chemical weapons should be developed to target food crops and spread infectious diseases. His key advisory role on biological warfare was uncovered by Canberra historian Philip Dorling in the National Archives in 1998.

“Specifically to the Australian situation, the most effective counter-offensive to threatened invasion by overpopulated Asiatic countries would be directed towards the destruction by biological or chemical means of tropical food crops and the dissemination of infectious disease capable of spreading in tropical but not under Australian conditions,” Sir Macfarlane said.

Alex Jones recently exposed the fact that all the adulterated and dangerous chemical additives in our food and water are put there intentionally as put of a larger eugenics program.

The potential to use food and water as a weapon of mass-medication has long been used in times of war, under the principle of attrition and destabilization. Lord Bertrand Russell has underscored this concept rather bluntly in how it applies to societies living under the scientific age:

“Scientific societies are as yet in their infancy. . . It is to be expected that advances in physiology and psychology will give governments much more control over individual mentality than they now have even in totalitarian countries. Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible.” – The Impact of Science on Society, 1953

“Ordinary men and women will be expected to be docile, industrious, punctual, thoughtless, and contented. Of these qualities probably contentment will be considered the most important. In order to produce it, all the researches of psycho-analysis, behaviourism, and biochemistry will be brought into play.“ – Education in a Scientific Society p.251

CHEMICAL LOBOTOMY: ENLIGHTENMENT IN A BRAVE NEW WORLD

It’s a brave new world indeed where Oxford professor Julian Savulescu argues for the “Ethics of Enhancement.” In his 2002 paper, “Genetic interventions and the ethics of enhancement of human beings,” Savulesco argues for using gene therapy and drug therapy to make “happier, healthier people.” It could mean adding both mental-boosting and mood-enhancing chemicals to the things everyone eats or drinks.

It is interesting that Savulescu mentions fluoride alongside “cognitive enhancements,” as many critics have pointed towards the use of fluoride in Nazi concentration camps to keep the inmates passive, and questioned whether a docile population is a hidden purpose of the water fluoridation campaigns in the United States and post-war Western world. Further, fluoride is a basic ingredient in both Prozac, which is the leading brand-name for Fluoxetine (FLUoxetene Hydrochloride) as well as Sarin nerve gas (Isopropyl-Methyl-Phosphoryl FLUoride), which are fundamentally mind-altering substances.

Fluoride isn’t the only controversial substance Savulescu terms as an advance in human civilization. He touts the widespread use of Prozac and points to the use of Modafenil, an amphetamine, to keep Air Force pilots alert during missions in Iraq. Savulescu is also a proponent of most types of genetic-enhancement that have been proposed. He sees experiments like the genetically-engineered “supermouse” as a model for the potential supermen of the future.

However, all of these “enhancements” come with risks. Genetically-engineered foods have proved deadly and dangerous; gene-splicing has proved to have unforeseeable consequences; fluorides and pharmaceutical chemicals pose dangers of addiction, brain damage, cancer or other problems.

Savulescu poses the potential to “enhance” a.k.a. “control” behavior: “If the results of recent animal studies into hard work and monogamy apply to humans, it may be possible in the future to genetically change how we are predisposed to behave. This raises a new question: should we try to engineer better, happier people?” p. 7-8

NOT UTILIZING ENHANCEMENTS COULD BE ‘WRONG’

He goes on to argue that while many have raised questions about the moral and ethical dilemmas of biological enhancement, NOT enhancing could be most wrong. In this scenario, not feeding offspring “enhanced” food additives could be considered as an offense:

“First Argument for Enhancement: Choosing Not to Enhance Is Wrong – Consider the case of the Neglectful Parents. The Neglectful parents give birth to a child with a special condition. The child has a stunning intellect but requires a simple, readily available, cheap dietary supplement to sustain his intellect. But they neglect the diet of this child and this results in a child with a stunning intellect becoming normal. This is clearly wrong.”

“But now consider the case of the Lazy Parents. They have a child who has a normal intellect but if they introduced the same dietary supplement, the child’s intellect would rise to the same level as the child of the Neglectful Parent. They can’t be bothered with improving the child’s diet so the child remains with a normal intellect. Failure to institute dietary supplementation means a normal child fails to achieve a stunning intellect. The inaction of the Lazy Parents is as wrong as the inaction of the Neglectful parents. It has exactly the same consequence: a child exists who could have had a stunning intellect but is instead normal. Some argue that it is not wrong to fail to bring about” p. 10

Savulescu’s vision is distinctly “transhumanist” a branch of the eugenics movement which seeks to improve the human species to the point that highly-gifted individuals would transcend into a new & improved proto-human species– becoming godlike creatures with unique creative potential and abilities. Transhumanism was first termed by UNESCO founder Julian Huxley in 1952, the grandson of Charles Darwin’s partner at the Royal Society of Science, T.H. Huxley.

“I believe in transhumanism”: once there are enough people who can truly say that, the human species will be on the threshold of a new kind of existence, as different from ours as ours is from that of Pekin man. It will at last be consciously fulfilling its real destiny.

LIBERAL EUGENICS: “VOLUNTARY” ENHANCEMENTS THROUGH MASS-MEDICATED WATER

That philosophy of Transhumanism, moreover, is necessarily rooted in the Eugenics movement of the early 20th Century that was led by the scientific elite of the Royal Society, which included Charles Darwin, his cousin Francis Galton and Thomas H. Huxley. This circle and their allies floated Utopian visions for a scientifically- and eugenically- engineered society that would be progressive and even transformative, theoretically producing a ‘better’, albeit tightly-authoritarian society (science demands control, in that sense).

Savulescu identifies with much of this “liberal Eugenics,” defensibly separate from Nazi eugenics because there is ‘no belief in only one gene-type’ and because its measures remain “voluntary.”

“What was objectionable about the eugenics movement, besides its shoddy scientific basis, was that it involved the imposition of a State vision for a healthy population and aimed to achieve this through coercion.” p. 21

However, proposals to add medication to the population’s water supply are involuntary, and would violate individual rights. It would be mass-medication, and avoiding the substances treated with it would be costly, burdensome and difficult to do with any finality. Savulescu apparently views compulsory water treatment in the same vein as compulsory vaccinations, and anything else that can be justified on a public health care basis, even when such treatments prove not to be healthy at all.

“Some interventions, however, may still be clearly enhancements for our children and so just like vaccinations or other preventative health care.” p. 27

Additionally, while the figures of “liberal eugenics” which Savulescu looked up to often espoused semi-tolerant “voluntary” proposals, it was always clear that the long-term vision encompassed measures of control ‘for the betterment of all’ that could not function under voluntary or ‘democratic’ conditions. What’s more, eugenical laws passed in the 1920s and 1930s in the United States and Britain– some of which weren’t repealed until the late 1970s– gave the State authority over forcible sterilization and beyond. Thus, these “voluntary” enhancement-visionaries have already crossed the line of trust and betrayed the fact that they mean to control with force.

Advancements and innovations in science, technology and health have obvious potential benefits, but with kind of dangerous ideology driving the science policy, public health is at a serious risk. Worse still, driving the population into that system has been an intentional scheme by certain ideologues. We cannot flirt with ushering a Brave New World knowing its sweet poison is certain despotism.

Law of the Sea Treaty and the National Ocean Council

Thirty states will be encroached upon by Obama’s Executive Order establishing the National Ocean Council for control over America’s oceans, coastlines and the Great Lakes. Under this new council, states’ coastal jurisdictions will be subject to the United Nations’ Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST) in this UN Agenda 21 program. America’a oceans and coastlines will be broken into 9 regions that include the North East, Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, the Gulf Coast, West Coast, the Great Lakes, Alaska, the Pacific Islands (including Hawaii) and the Caribbean.

Because of the decades of difficulty that the collectivists have had trying to ratify the Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST), Obama is sneaking it in through the back door, by way of this Executive Order establishing the Council. Because LOST is a treaty, Obama’s Executive Order is not Constitutional as treaty ratification requires 2/3 approval from the Senate. Michael Shaw said that the Agenda 21 Convention on Biodiversity treaty of 1992 failed to pass Congress so it was executed through soft law and administratively on local levels, and Obama’s Executive Order is a similar soft law tactic to enact the LOST treaty.

In fact, our Constitutional form of government is being completely destroyed because buried in the CLEAR Act (HR 3534) there is a provision for a new council to oversee the outer continental shelf- it appears that this Regional Outer Shelf Council will be part of the National Ocean Council. This means that if Congress makes the CLEAR Act into law, then the implementation of the UN Law Of Sea Treaty, as part of the National Ocean Council’s agenda, will be “ratified” in a convoluted and stealth manner, in full opposition to the Constitution and its intent.(1)

The excuse for this extreme action is because of the emergency in the Gulf of Mexico. Obama and Congress have always had the legal and military power to force BP Oil to take all necessary action to stop the gusher and clean the oil spew. While there is evidence that the problems in the Gulf have been a result of collusion and planned incompetence, it begs the question, why in world should America’s oceans and resources be controlled by Obama appointees?

NATIONAL OCEAN COUNCIL MEMBERS:

John Holdren, Obama’s science and technology advisor, is the co-chairman of this new council. He is also a depopulation enthusiast and advocates sterilization by way of using infertility drugs in water and food as well as forced abortions which he describes in his book “Ecoscience”.(2)

Ken Salazar, Secretary of theDepartment of Interior, and its subagency, MMS (Minerals Management Service) has authority over offshore drilling and responsibility for enforcing spill prevention measures.(3) The Department of Interior’s BLM (Bureau of Land Management) is the entity that controls federally managed land extending across 30% of America in 11 western states. Last week, Congressman Louie Gohmert said that Ken Salazar personally prevented drilling on land in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado, thereby also preventing energy independence. In addition, the federal lands have been grossly mismanaged and present fire dangers. The federal government is $3.7 billion in arrears for maintenance of the federally managed lands.

US Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, by way of the US Forestry Service and US Fish & Wildlife Service, has been complicit in the decline of our country’s food independence. For example, US Fish & Wildlife (along with the Department of Commerce) shut the water off in California using Endangered Species Act; it was later proven that partially treated sewage was the primary culprit in killing the salmon and delta smelt that was previously blamed on farmers. This is phony environmentalism. The US Forestry Service has also misused the Endangered Species Act to limit farmers and ranchers. Remember that the USDA co-owns the Terminator Gene patent with Monsanto that makes seeds sterile.

Lisa Jackson is the EPA administrator who has threatened to impose 18,000 pages of new regulations to curb global warming which is based on lies,claiming that carbon dioxide is a danger to human health.(4)

Department of Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano: it is unclear how these two federal appointees will enhance environmental ’sustainability’ over oceans and coasts. Traditionally, national security threats (like the War on Terror) have been used by the federal government to take control of resources. For example, many years ago when the interstate highway systems were first being built, the Feds got in on the action by claiming that they were building a defense highway system, and they encroached into an area that belonged to the states. Interestingly, there were no overhead structures on highways originally because of the Feds’ claim that large missiles would be transported on these “defense” highway systems.

Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, a leading globalist, is likely to plunge our country into international entanglements and subjugation, based on her past performance; an example is her support of the UN Small Arms Treaty, which is contrary to the Constitution.

Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu and Department of Commerce Secretary Gary Locke are logical choices for this destructive council as some of the planned funding for this program will come from permits and leases (oil drilling leases, for example). These agencies will limit America’s energy independence.

THE SMOKING GUN:

Agenda 21 Sustainable Development is the overarching blueprint for depopulation and total control, and the National Ocean Council is clearly an Agenda 21 program:

The National Ocean Council is headed by John Holdren, an avowed eugenicist which is selective breeding through brutal means like forced abortion.

The National Ocean Council’s own report (Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning, pg. incorporates a section of the 1992 Rio Declaration which is an original Agenda 21 document!

In fact, the report says that it will be guided by the Rio Declaration in cases “Where there are threats of serious or irreversible damage, lack of full scientific certainty shall not be used as a reason for postponing cost-effective measures to prevent environmental degradation.” (pg. This means that regulations will be imposed even if the science is not understood or if the science is based on global warming manipulated data.(6)

The 3 primary tools of Agenda 21’s phony environmentalism are global warming, water shortages and the Endangered Species Act; the National Ocean Council intends to exploit all of these tools to their full extent.

The National Ocean Council’s main objective is to sink American sovereignty through the United Nations Law Of Sea Treaty (LOST) with the intended result of domination by the UN over our coasts and the Great Lakes. LOST originated in the 1970s as a wealth redistribution plan to benefit Third World countries. LOST sets rules for commercial activity beneath the high seas and establishes new international bureaucracies and a tribunal to interpret and apply rules to sea activity. And LOST can proceed with those rules, even against US objections! LOST threatens to complicate deep sea mining. LOST sets a precedent that US rights are dependent upon the approval of international entities. LOST also extends to ocean flowing rivers. (7)

REGIONALISM:

Michael Shaw pointed out that non-elected councils are increasingly expanding their jurisdiction through air quality boards, water quality boards, sewer systems, transportation districts, metropolitan planning, etc. to gain control over resources. Often, large corporations and financial interests form Public- Private Partnerships with the government within these councils.

Breaking areas into regions and placing authority with non-elected councils is a Communist trick used to hijack resources, thereby usurping local and state power by re-zoning the areas that do have Constitutional authority. Appointed bureaucrats are untouchable because their jobs are not dependent upon serving the voting population. And they are usually inaccessible to the public and do not have to face those who are affected by their “insider” decisions. When state and local governments become corrupt, the public is able to confront them eye to eye, but distant bureaucrats can avoid accountability. Regionalism is used as a psychological tactic to intimidate state legislatures into creating the system for a new political and economic order. (8)

Obama’s Executive Order that has created the 9 new regions amounts to re-zoning, and his appointed bureaucrats are answerable only to him. In David Horton’s testimony in 1978 on regionalism, he said that the State of Indiana made this declaration, “Neither the states nor Congress have ever granted authority to any branch or agency of the federal government to exercise regional control over the states.” Horton further stated that Congress holds alllegislative power that is granted in the Constitution, as opposed to Executive Orders that are not legislative. Therefore, Obama’s Executive Order for re-zoning and appointing a governing body to usurp state and local power is Constitutionally invalid. (9)

The public must become aware of state sovereignty and the Tenth Amendment to demand that state and local governments assert these Constitutional laws and principles.

COASTAL AND MARINE SPATIAL PLANNING REPORT:

This is a general overview of the new National Ocean Council’s goals based on its 32-page report that uses indirect language and acronyms in order to confuse the public and local lawmakers. Depopulation advocates, globalists and collectivists, like John Holdren, faced opposition a few decades ago when they clearly expressed their objectives, so now documents are written in complicated and clouded language to fool those they wish to control. This report states that the Council’s jurisdiction will extend from the continental shelf to the coast AND additional inland areas will be involved. The National Ocean Council identifies “partners” as members of each regional planning body that will include federal, state, local and tribal authorities, with a top-down hierarchy of control.

The intentions of the Council are stated on page 8 of the report that include implementing LOST and other international treaties. The report also states that the Council’s plans shall be implemented by Executive Orders, in addition to federal and state laws. This section mentions ‘global climate change’ which is a new term substituted for ‘man made global warming’ after manipulated data and lies were exposed in numerous global warming scandals. ‘Climate change’ is blamed for sea level rise and acidification of oceans; evidence exists that these are global warming deceptions.
